Do not rent here! I'm trying to save you from experiencing the trauma, stress, & unsanitary living conditions that will happen if you move here. My apartment flooded continously from the walls & ceiling. When I say flood, I really mean flowing like a river. They continously switch owners & never fixed the issue Code Enforcement couldn't make the owners do anything because of constant changes in management & owners. The City legit needs to condemn the units that flood because that's a health hazard. I'd hate for anyone to live under these conditions, especially if you have small children. Please be advised, no amount of updates will fix the hazardous plumbing issues (they tried everything) & do not fall for free 1st month Promotions because you'll regret it

Have nothing but good things to say, its very refreshing to see a management that actually cares about their tenants and keep up the property beautifully, the property manager is friendly and courteous

I really appreciate Mrs. Scott for what she does to make sure my girls and I are comfortable.
