I was charged my entire month’s rent, not prorated. My apartment had been cleaned before I moved out, yet I was still charged a cleaning fee. I moved out due to a rodent issue that wasn’t addressed until a few days before I left. I also had roach issues. You pay for pest control, but you don’t get it because the owner doesn’t pay his bills. This also applies to the AC work that was needed. The maintenance workers aren’t qualified to work on ACs, but they have to because the property owner never pays his bills on time so the ac company never comes out. The office was super nice and made the move in experience so smooth . Diana and Jill are absolutely amazing in the office. Diana completed everything in such a timely manner and kept great communication with me . I’m happy to call this place home .

I lived in Whispering Oaks for 8 or 9 years. At first the place was great but since the current owner bought the place it went downhill fast. He can't keep an employee. When I left we were on our ninth manager in the office and I don't know how many maintenance teams. So nothing ever got fixed. You put a work order in but before the issue is addressed, there's a new manager and a new maintenance team so you have to put the work order in again and start all over again. Because of a leaky roof, I lived with a hole in my ceiling for 5 years. But the worst part about the atrium floor plan is the atrium itself.
