Pointe Grand Daytona Apartments

I’ve been living here for almost two months now and I can easily say this is the best experience with an apartment complex I’ve ever had. Ever since the initial phone call I have been met with the utmost respect and the best service I have ever experienced. The move in process was seamless and I had plenty of support from the clubhouse staff to the maintenance crew as well. I want to also shoutout Mike and Marcus from maintenance. They are just really nice people and they responded quickly and efficiently to every request I made. (It wasn’t much but they went above and beyond). Best experience I have had I am very happy and cant wait to enjoy my time living here at pointe grand.

I had such an amazing experience at the leasing office thanks to Corina! From the moment my boyfriend and I walked in she was kind, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She took the time to really listen to what we were looking for, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and walked us through every step with patience and clarity. Her knowledge of the property, amenities, and leasing details was impressive, and she never once made us feel rushed or pressured. It genuinely felt like she cared about helping us find the right home not just filling a unit. Thank you again Corina!!

this place is beyond gorgeous!! Me and my boyfriend came in for the open tour being that we have been looking at these apartments for many weeks . We were very impressed and loved what pointe grand had to offer. we would also love to note that Tyler was super informative and such a kind guy!! We are exited to say we will absolutely be putting in an application!

The staff are really good! They are very accommodating and are always pleasant and helpful. The only thing I don’t like about the property is the nightly, and sometimes daily, pervasive odor of marijuana throughout the premises. I’m sure that it is difficult to control this issue but I feel that perhaps something more could be done to correct the problem. Otherwise it’s a very nice place to live!
