David Hart is by far the best realtor I've ever met. He takes his clients' needs seriously, and treats his clients with respect. David takes the time to get to know the client, and explains everything so the client understands. I have already recommended him to friends and family!

I was cleaning up some old documents. And I came across one which would have been before google reviews. These guys absolutely held me hostage at the closing table the last time the market was hot. Saying I could walk away from the closing table if I didn't like it. They refused to make it right. I have the documents and pictures as proof in case they try to report this review to google. Its one thing to be a sellers realtor. Its another to advise a seller to be dishonest and walk away from a deal which is what happened. The other Realtor in this transaction (Tavolocci) agreed with us and was willing to go to court with us if we walked away.

Easiest real estate purchase….EVER ! Every step taken was proactive not reactive. Would I recommend….in a heart beat and in particular Toni and Jeff Wright!! Thank you for a well oiled machine 😉
