Ten60 Halifax has some of the best amenities you’ll find in Daytona student housing. The gym, study spaces, and pool area are all brand-new and super clean, and having a private bedroom and bathroom is a huge plus. Great modern option for ERAU students looking for comfort and convenience.

The breakers are horrible and they pop all the time in almost every unit. Food has gone bad because of this and they just don't care. If an appliance breaks it takes forever to get fixed or replaced and the maintenance people don't know what intermittent means. The couches and chairs look nice but are super uncomfortable and the glass tables are ridiculous for college students. The gates don't stop anyone and are an annoyance. A lot of the buildings smell like pot and they won't do anything about it. Good luck if people are loud in your building because they don't care. Its just super overpriced and you'd be better going elsewhere. They only one trash compactor for the entire complex. It gets full and residents have nowhere to put their trash. Ten60 is the best off campus living complex by far! The study rooms, gym, and all amenities in general are great. Staff is very friendly and the ERAU shuttle is a life saver.

to give an honest opinion I would say the apartments are very cheaply built. Would say it’s ment to look like high class living but it’s very “cheap luxury”. Power has gone out two- three times now since August. made to look like a gated community but anyone can come in behind a car who has a key card. Side gates are also very low and have seen how easy it is to jump over. Gated just for the looks basically. The ant problem is kinda annoying. We’ve talked to maintenance since we all moved in but the ants just don’t seem to go away. Bathroom lighting is the same white lighting as dressing rooms at stores that makes under tones look odd (girlies know what I’m talking about) some bathrooms lights don’t turn on unless u have the annoying fan sound on with the light (both connected to each othe
