I do not live here - my brother does. In short, we needed a lot of maintenance help for plumbing and other issues. We visited the office and the staff was outrageously kind and helpful. Even more so, is Greg, the gentleman that came first thing the next morning. He is incredibly professional as his working conditions were less than ideal. Greg is kind, and did exceptional work on these items. He went above and beyond what he's required to do and never made the work feel like an inconvenience, despite how aware we all were of how much work he had. What the staff here didn't realize is that my brother dealt with these plumbing issue for years due to some challenges he has. We had an amazing experience from start to finish! Donyaa assisted us throughout the entire application process — all the way up until we received our keys — and she was prompt and always ready to answer any questions we had. Her support made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We’re finally in our new apartment, and we also received maintenance service from Tommie, who was equally fantastic. Donyaa is very professional and kind I had a great tour with her today. I was even on the bus line and she drove me to the entrance so I wouldn't have to walk back from the clubhouse. The landscape was beautiful & it seems like a quite neighborhood.
