Northbrook Apartments

if I could give 0 star i would my mother in law has lived there 20 years and they have never done any update no new carpet paint anything and now that she is moving out they are giving her a hard time she is disabled they want her to detail clean the apartment ect yet they have done nothing to the place since she has moved in . It has changed property managements so many times that the people that manage it now have no clue how many years she's been there they had it that she's lived there just a couple years but she has her occupancy permit that says different its dated 2005 . They refuse to send anyone out to look at the apartment before she moves out and litterly hung up on us when we where requesting someone to come out and that the property manage should be there she said she is the
