Stonebridge Townhomes

If you’re thinking about moving here PLEASE RECONSIDER. From the leasing office to maintenance on up to corporate they all are TRASH! Soon as you complain about anything they retaliate. Maintenance orders sit for MONTHS unfilled, they got 1 maintenance man who just walks around the complex on his phone all day “ picking up trash “ the other one just drives up & down the complex all day in his little blue Jeep with expired temp tags. AALIYAH HICKMAN the property manager is rude , disrespectful & ignorant. NICHOLE who works at the desk soon as you walk in the leasing office is LAZY. They sit in that leasing office all day & NEVER answer the phone. When you finally can get ahold of them they instantly have attitudes as if you’re bothering them. I love the space and layout of these townhomes. Some of the townhomes does need to be updated like as far as fixtures, paint color and appliances. There is A LOT of kids & young teens running around playing or just hanging out but for the most part they do keep to themselves. The park area REALLY needs to be updated, over grown weeds, 1swing missing, missing seat on the sea saw and the dinosaur been dead for a few years now. Needs new equipment & mulch. It has a lot more space, I would love to see a spot for the young adults to hang so they don’t be hanging out in the driveways & front entrance. Maybe more sitting areas for them in the park area. Trash overflow was an issue but looks to have been solved as far as I’ve seen. Maintenance is so backed up, things are definitely falling behind

Hello St louis let me share some important information with you about Stonebrige townhomes which I been a faithful tenant for many years now also when I first moved here they had a property manager named Josh which soon after I moved here he passed away which I was told to write down everything that needed to be done and he would take care of it which I didn't get a chance to do because he took sick now let me fast-forward to today the have had several managers which I have been stressing about things needing repaired like caulking around the tub carpet needing replaced kitchen needing painting toilet coming from out the floor now mind u I reached out to the regional manager so now I'm being retaliated against because of complaining so unfair but if u r thinking about moving here please do

This is the worst place to live. Your better off getting a storage and being homeless. These people never fix anything takes forever with new tenants like months before you get in then very fast to throw you out especially if you complain. There are teenagers that will attack little children 5 and younger. If they don't like you they will make sure you lose everything right down to your babies formula kids food toys beds clothes when I say everything I mean everything and they do not care about identity theft cause that's going also. Place needs to be shut down and criminal charges made against the complex and the cruel woman in the office who doesn't even answer the phone ever.

When Ashley was the manager things were good. Never had any maintenance issues or any other issues. You called she would return calls and emails within 1 business day. Now you call the office nobody answers you leave message on portal nobody responds. I had a gas leak and called Spire they came out told the office what needed to be done and Ashley had someone at my house the next day. Since Ashley has been gone a lot of things have gone downhill. My basement flooded and I called emergency maintenance multiple times and no one came. I had to call the maintenance line multiple times before anyone showed up and this was days later. The maintenance guy told me everyone had quit and he was doing two properties by hisself. As far as parking as much rent as we pay we should have assigned spots an
