Matt built a house for me 5 years ago. The quality and workmanship Matt and his crew exhibited far exceed what is typically found in the industry. Do not hire this builder, they required a $100k “retainer” and never supplied a final cost to build, very poor follow up and follow through, I paid $128k and all I have is a hole in the ground, now I have to go to court to get my money back. Stay away.
