Back in September 2024, Hurricane Helene came and caused a huge oak tree to fall across my house. Being single, I was really confused about what needed to be done and how to go about finding someone to help. I started looking for contractors. I actually had 2 different contractors come meet me at my house the next day, as well as my insurance adjuster. The whole time one of the contractors was there, he spoke only with the adjuster and paid little attention to me and seemed like he did not want me involved. We had an excellent experience with BuildMasters on our bathroom remodel. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, kind, and easy to work with. Chase, Dave, Scott, all of them are solid people who genuinely care about the quality of their work and their customers. The bathroom turned out fantastic. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show. They also stayed very close to the timeline they originally estimated. I called BuildMasters and I’m glad I did! First, they did NOT do my shower remodel, but they helped me when I started seeing problems with the contractor I hired. The tile that was picked out for me was terrible and the installation was even worse. I called Chris at BuildMasters and he came over to take a look at what was happening. The contractor we hired tried convincing us everything was good, but after Chris called and spoke with him, he decided to come back and tear everything out and do it right. The new tile and the quality of work are much better now. Thank you BuildMasters for helping us get this corrected.

BuildMasters did a fantastic job building a pergola on our back patio. They also installed outdoor lighting and fans in additional to professional heaters. Extremely transparent though the whole process. I would highly recommend them for your next home improvement project(s)!

BuildMasters completed a 2nd floor renovation including a new bonus room, bathroom and renovated master bathroom. They completed the project on-time and ensured good communication throughout. Given the complexity of our project, we expected some issues, but the team ensured any problems were resolved without sacrificing quality worksmanship. We are very pleased with their quality and are enjoying our new living spaces!
