District Eastside Apartments

The apartment community is out of sight, but let me tell you what was absolutely amazing and this will probably be the deciding factor because of her! ANNA - you are every company’s desired staff! She was truly professional and so much customer service and funny as well! Thank you

District Eastside is a brand new apartment community and the day I walked into the leasing office and toured my apartment, I knew this was going to be home. My apartment is beautiful and cozy. The staff are great. Anna and Addie have been amazing! So personable, so helpful, and treat you with kindness. Anna has been so welcoming and will make sure you get exactly what you are looking for and will make you feel at home. I've honestly never experienced such a consistently friendly and welcoming staff at an apartment community like this one. It's been a great place to live!

I moved in with my partner a few weeks ago and the experience has been really welcoming. Since the beginning, Anna was very helpful and patient with us, then Addie and Kristin supported us with some documentation and questions about utilities that we had. The overall experience with the team and community has been great so far!

I liked seeing what this community does on social! I can't wait to take a tour with Addie! She seems fun and the community is VERY pretty. Plus, the location is perfect. I enjoy amenities, District seems to check all the boxes and more! Kitchen and the bathroom have gorgeous detail, im loving the colors, and closet space!! I'm going to see them soon!
