If I could zero stars I would they never answer the phone. There’s never anybody in the office. The customer service is atrocious. My aunt has lived there for quite a few months and has nothing but issues when it comes to rent not being paid on time and being processed on time to multiple other issues this place is a nightmare. If you have loved ones here, I suggest you find them another place to dwell because this is not it
