Wetherly Hills Apartments

I loved living here!! It’s such a clean beautiful building in a great location. The rooftop is so cute too! All apartments have smart features and it overall felt very safe. If I were staying in LA, I would have stayed at the Wetherly Hills!

Love this building! The location is great, so close to everything. All the units come with smart home features so it’s very modern and makes everything so easy! I love how spacious the apartments feel. I’ve been in some buildings that made me feel like I was living in a closet. This place is the complete opposite. Also, the people on-site are friendly and super quick to help with any issues (the smart lock batteries on the front door died and someone came to replace them 5 minutes later!) I’m so glad I found this place and get to call it home. Thank you!

I've lived here for a year- the manager is amazing and super responsive, she always signs for my UPS packages for me. I love having movie nights on the rooftop. Would 100% recommend this location for those looking to move to BH.

I’ve lived at Wetherly for the past year or so and absolutely love it! Jesus and Andie are so quick to resolve any issue that pops up. Plus, hanging on the rooftop and watching movies always impresses my friends. Can’t recommend this building enough.
