Westyn Village Apartments

The Lynchburg/Bedford region has grown considerably, and TPB (parent company) has been the fastest one at responding to the demands. Westyn Village is geographically perfect, and fixtures are indisputably upgraded/luxury. Amenities such as pool and gym are well above national average, let alone regional. TPB has offered the best option around, with apartments placed in a convenient but quiet area relative to Lynchburg proper. The overall atmosphere, layout, and choice of building materials really makes the unit feel like a home. The vaulted ceilings and views of the blue ridge mountains off the upper floor balconies really felt straight out of a magazine. We have lived here for just a little over a week & we love it so far!! Ashlee has been amazing in helping us out with everything and giving us any info to get us moved in! We love how secured the building is, it makes us feel so safe! The whole property is beautiful & well maintained! We are so happy to be living here!!

January 14, 2025 No plowing or salt in Bldg 1201 parking/driving/walking area. Last pic is today..(7) days post snowstorm. Also pics of weekly pet waste issues. December 19, 2024 I will provide a review of my experience living (1) year at Westyn Village in Forest VA: - [ ] My vehicle was stolen 12-15-2024 while parked directly in front of my apartment…Westyn has no cameras. - [ ] Management took (6) weeks to coordinate the repair of my washing machine. - [ ] Management assigns arbitrary, unsubstantiated $300 violation fines with no validation or any opportunity to dispute. - [ ] Mandatory DNA swabbing, PooPrints, of our dogs because tenants are not disposing their pets waste. - [ ] TPB Westyn is currently transitioning to their Fourth (4th) Manger during my one year tenancy. —————

It has now been more than 60 days since I moved out, and I am still waiting for the return of my security deposit. Despite sending multiple emails requesting an update, I have not received any response. This lack of communication and delay is very concerning. If the deposit is not returned soon, I will have to consider taking legal action to recover the funds. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and without further steps. Edit: After posting this review, I was promptly contacted, and the security check was delivered. I'm updating my rating to 4 stars. Overall, my living experience was good. Looks like a nice place to live. I went to the clubhouse at Westyn Village for a christmas party and it was very nice. I love Kroger so it's a plus that it is so close.
