Briana was very helpful and attentive. She assisted me with the entire process which to ensure I was able to get through with everything. My application got approved quickly and she also had the apartment ready and clean for my move in which was within a relatively short turn around time! So grateful to have a comfy new home. The apartment and environment is beautiful 🫶🏿

I’m a new resident that just moved in a few weeks ago. Truly I was impressed with the professionalism and guidance that made it easy to transition into my new home. Brianna McIntosh did a fantastic job as my leasing agent getting me set up and answering all my questions. She was friendly, patient, and obviously experienced in her field. It’s hard to make the right choice when looking for a new apartment so this review is to say that I’d definitely recommend the Palisades if you’re looking for housing in Lynchburg!

I've been a resident for a while now, and while the location of the trash compactor and mailboxes aren't ideal for me, everything else is fantastic. Maintenance is always on time and does their work well and the office staff are amazing at their job. I've mainly had interactions with Briana and have no complaints.

I moved from out of state and for obvious reasons couldn’t do any in-person views of the location nor rooms, but the team here helped as I was able to view them via video (had family do the in person viewings for me). The whole process was easy and fast and Brianna was such a pleasure to work with! I cannot speak more highly of her she did a fantastic job! As for the unit it’s great so far and the overall location is very cute

I wish I could give zero stars. I hate the palisades. When property management switched, they had a lot of deficits in understanding how leasing process works. I had a culmination of hundreds of dollars of fees due to “signing the lease late”. I have been a proactive tenant and asked for the lease a month ahead of time. They said they “have not created the lease yet”. They then sent me the roommate release form late, along with the lease to sign, LATE. I was told I was responsible for signing the lease on June 8th, they sent me the lease AFTER that date- and then charged ME for signing after June 8th. I emailed immediately asking for the fees to be removed and they never responded. Additionally, I signed up for early bird pricing in January. When we went to RESIGN the lease and add a new
