Westwood Place

This place has a serious bedbug problem. Just quit being cheap and heat treat it already. They have been having this issue awhile now. Would you like your parents or grandparents living with bedbugs? No I dont think so. So why leave your elderly residents living this way? The rent is high enough, that's what rent is there for. To help cover costs of maintenance of the building. Well making sure the building is free of parasitic bugs is part of that maintenance. Get your act together and do your job. This building has had other issues but the bed bugs by far are the most disturbing. Be glad this is just a google review and not a call to a news channel. Though that may be next if the problem persists.

I totally agree with this other guy about the rudeness. This woman can't handle her job. Any little task or request seems to throw her into a tizzy. Multi-tasking is out of the question. I've heard several people complain about her poor behavior and control issues. Why is she still there if she doesn't like her job? I think other than that, Westwood Place has some great potential to become a great place to live. Jason in maintenance was great! He was always polite. Hopefully the upper management will weed out the thistles!

The Staff is extremely rude. They don’t seem concerned with current or future residence more or less just there to collect a check. The employee to sat at the desk closest to the door. (Kim) was the worst. Her demeanor was extremely rude and unprofessional, she reeked of cigarette smoke and had one of the worst attitudes I have ever encountered in what is supposedly a professional setting . The lobby smelled like garbage and there were stains all over the carpet and furniture in the main area that needed to be addressed. The building has great potential but the whole facility seems to need some good customer service training, TLC, and a good cleaning.

As a delivery person in the area I can only speak on this matter. Everytime I’m here the folks are nice and it appears clean. In the winter it’s salted. Elevators work well. It appears they have lots of activities and perks for the residents which I find really sweet. Keep up the good work!!!
