We had a good agent who salvaged the process, but UHM's system's aren't robust. This is my 4th mortgage with UHM and I feel no loyalty to assure my next will favor UHM over anyone with an equal offer. Work to be done. Internal communication is weak, at best. Errors are plentiful. Overall business operations at best get a C+.
