Camden Woods

I had an amazing tour at Camden Woods! Meredith, the property manager, was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. What really stood out to me is that both she and the owner are local, they genuinely care about the community and the city. You can feel that passion in how the property is maintained and presented. This is probably one of the best living spaces I’ve ever seen, modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend checking it out

The homes are decent and the property manager is pleasant, but the amenities have declined quickly in just a few months. The clubhouse, which requires an extra fee, originally had a Nespresso machine—now downgraded to a cheaper K-Cup machine—and we were recently told to bring our own mugs because disposable cups are likely too expensive. The fridge that once had drinks and water is now empty, and community events have disappeared. If we weren’t paying a monthly amenities fee, this wouldn’t matter—but given the cost, the ongoing cuts are frustrating and likely to continue.

Camden woods is such a beautiful neighborhood. The quality of these homes are top notch!! They offer a lot of amenities, including a pool, pickleball court, gas grilles, a fire pit, and a gym. The property manager Meredith has been absolutely amazing to work with through the leasing process. She was very informative and responsive. Super happy to be apart of this new community!!

Camden Woods has been a fantastic place to live. The units are well built with beautiful finishes. The amount of storage is amazing. We've loved how quiet our unit is as well - we live in a middle unit and never hear our neighbors on either side. Amenities are fantastic - we especially love the gym and pickle ball court. We were also able to rent out the beautiful community room to host a Friendsgiving which was such a great perk. Management has always been extremely kind and responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone considering moving to Camden Woods!

Camden Woods is an impressive community with top-notch construction and amazing design. My tour with Meredith was fantastic! She provided valuable insights and made the process of considering Camden as a future home seamless. I’m excited about the possibility of joining this community!
