Towers At Falling Water

I moved here a few months ago. These were the most affordable in Strongsville. Apartments are decent although they don't have a garbage disposal. The other issue we had is that we could not access the gym the other day due to management not being able to program the keyfob. Now front desk ladies are different than management. The one nice person is Cheryl. The apartments are fine, it's just simply the property manager. We spoke with Joe, property manager, about a few things and he has 0 patience or manners on how to talk to his tenants. He does not care about what any of his tenants are going through but simply cares about his money. Not to mention, if you're late on rent you will get slammed with a 10% percent late fee which was almost $200 for me. I've never seen that at any other apart

We lived there for almost 10 years. We loved it . The apartments are spacious and well insulated. It is an old building ,but well taken care of. Some people complaint about the swimming pool. It's not the biggest but is average size. If you want a bigger one, Rec Center is only few minutes walking distance. The office and maintenance people are very nice and polite. They listen and respond fast to any issue or problem. Highly recommended to anyone , singles or families .

After living here for 7 years I have learned who my go-to maintenance, rental office personnel, and property managers are that are easiest to deal with. I have had some issues with rude and almost patronizing conversations. On paper, they are clear about their rules, and work with you if you need to set up a payment plan if your late on your rent. I haven't had any issues that would make me not live here again. The only reason I am leaving is to move in with my boyfriend who has a dog, which they do not allow.

It would be dishonest of me to say that my wife, kids and I didn't have an enjoyable stay here. We had a nice view of the Metroparks behind us, and the leasing office and maintenance staff were extremely kind and helpful to us. The main challenge of our time was that the Property Management staff (Joe Constantino, in particular) are very impatient, rude and make their motivations for being in the industry very obvious in each interaction. If there is any potential for you to transition to home-ownership in the near future, I would highly encourage you to demand that a home-buyer clause be added to your lease.

Have lived here 20 years & love it! The area is safe and you won’t find a better location. It’s close to 71 & Turnpike, shopping, restaurants, medical and personal services. Walmart, Aldi’s, Giant Eagle, Marc’s, Costco, the Public library, schools, police station and Mall are nearby. It’s very close to the Cleveland Metroparks. Set back from the street, noise is minimal. The apartments are good size and the bedrooms are the largest I’ve seen locally. Heating and water included. Hallways and foyers were updated recently. It has a new pool, exercise room, updated laundry facilities and a locked package room with video. Housekeeping cleans within the buildings daily. Parking lots are resurfaced annually. There’s regular grounds landscaping & winter snow plowing. Maintenance and leasing office
