Westwood Greeley Apartments

I have lived at Westwood Apartments since 1986 when it was Centennial Place Apts. I can indeed give a Five Star Rating. The manager Carla is excellent. She does a superb job and cares about the residents. I renewed my lease and had a little anxiety getting all the paperwork completed with getting all the boxes initialed. She was very busy that but took the extra time to help me. Thank you Carla I greatly appreciate it. The property is well kept and the maintenance team fworks very hard to make sure everything is up to date. Thanks again Westwood Apartments for a job well done. Sincerely, Jay Borgman

My boyfriend & I were looking to move into an apartment within a month-- This was the first place I applied at, which was VERY convenient, the deposit was beyond AFFORDABLE and Sierra in the office was incredible. She was so knowledgeable with my million questions, helped me through everything & was so great to work with! We applied and were approved right after completing the App, paid our holding deposit, and signed a lease within 2-3 days. To say that I'm happy with our experience here, is an understatement. Can't wait to move into this beautiful Apartment complex, with such great girls in the office! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to live. :)

We love living here! Everyone is so nice and if you have kids they will love living here as well, my kids love playing at the park with the other kids, everything is kept up very nice outside and management and staff are super nice and so helpful, they have been on top of everything and helped every step moving into our new home.

The apartment itself is very homey and has a good layout. However when we first moved in we noticed that it wasn’t cleaned/barely repaired beforehand. Everything was dusty, holes in the ceiling from previous tenants, dishwasher was leaking, the flooring was missing pieces/coming up. It was countless previous damage we kept noticing that wasn’t properly fixed or cleaned. Our bathroom walls would run yellow from the smoking from the previous tenant. From my knowledge neither me or my roommates received the facilities key or mail key for the majority of our lease. Everything that was scheduled to be fixed in the first two months of the lease was never fixed up until our move out. Nice and cheap so it makes it semi worth it but wouldn’t recommend.

LOVE the property manager and the maintenance team. Brittani, Andy and Dan have gone above and beyond to fix ALL the issues we have had since moving. Brittani is amazing and she inherited a mess when she came to take over, but she has taken it on like a BOSS. Andy and Dan come running every time we need something. They are all great and we are happy in our new place.
