Alpine Flats

Where do I even begin ! Alpine Flats is a cleaning quiet outstanding community with great people. The staff is amazing. Beth and Mya are amazing and help you out with whatever questions you have and they always greet you with a smile when you walk in and are super helpful! The amenities are absolutely fantastic with a heated pool that’s open till November 1 and TVs outside to enjoy your relaxation. I’m always in the gym. It is well organized and clean ! The crew that takes care of everything is led by Dan the man and he is amazing! They take care of any problems that you may have right away! The apartments are well built and energy efficient. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to live !

We absolutely love Alpine Flats! Friendly community, nice amenities, high quality modern build with beautiful appliances, amenities for pets, etc. etc. I could go on and on. Highly recommend this place! Mya and Beth in leasing are kind and incredible human beings, as is JR the maintenance guy. If you are looking for a clean and safe place that is well maintained and convenient- this one is hard to beat!

We were initially worried moving from a rental house to an apartment - but it was one of the best decisions we could have made. The apartments are nice, the amenities are nice, and the dog park (the real reason we went with this apartment) is fantastic. The real thing that made the transition so smooth and made the apartments feel like a community is the staff. The staff here has felt like an extended family to my wife and daughter. Dan, Beth, and Mya always light up my daughter's eyes and will always spare a moment to say hi and to play with her. Dan and the maintenance crew are real professionals and have never left a problem unfixed.

We just moved in and couldn’t be happier with the level of care and professionalism we have received from both Beth and Mya. They’ve answered all of our questions extensively as well as provided additional useful information. All of the facilities are beautifully kept and the apartments are modern and spacious. The maintenance team Is responsive and addressed our needs immediately. Everyone has been so welcoming and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to move here!

I love living here at alpine flats! I feel so safe and secure with the key fob entry, which is very important to me. The community is very clean, quiet, and welcoming. I could not recommend living at Alpine Flats enough!🤍
