Kayla Amato has been simply amazing to work with. My Buyer clients were extremely comfortable with her, and were highly impressed with her competency. Honestly, I think she is the reason they are closing on a D.R. Horton home! From the Realtor perspective, I found Kayla to be impeccable with her paperwork, and highly flexible in making her calendar work with my client's erratic schedule. I was given Kayla's name by another Coldwell Banker agent who raved about her & I now agree that Kayla is exemplary. D.R. Horton is lucky to have her as an asset.

While we did not end up buying at Northridge Estates, I must give a HUGE shout out to Kayla! We were extremely interested in a couple of different models in the community, and Kayla was so thorough in answering all of the questions that came up through our home buying process. She made multiple appointments with us and kept us in the loop regarding the availability of homes we were interested in! Our ultimate reason for not purchasing at Northridge Estates came down to an interest rate... Even when we shared with Kayla that we were going a different direction, she was so kind in congratulating us and wishing us the best. She truly provided exceptional customer service and was a joy to work with!!

We were one of the first homes to close in 2021. Kayla was one of our sales people. We couldn't have been happier with the way we were treated. Very honest true tearing definitely somebody that made you feel like this was going to be a fantastic neighborhood. After we moved in Kayla was sent to another DR Horton Development. We were really bummed because we love stopping in to say hi to her and check in on our development. What's it about a year later she was back and we couldn't be happier to have her in our neighborhood again. Kayla is an absolute asset to DR Horton. I don't think without her we would have purchased. In this development.
