Westwater Village

My experience with West Water Village has been deeply disappointing. While Joy initially provided excellent customer service during the application process, the situation took a troubling turn after my application was unfairly denied. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for clarity and a fair explanation, I have received no callbacks or email responses. This lack of communication and transparency not only reflects poor professionalism but also raises concerns about potential discrimination and a violation of my rights as an applicant. No one deserves to be ignored after doing everything correctly and in good faith. Accountability and fair treatment should never be optional.

The property looks great. Everything feels fresh, clean, and well updated, and the improvements really show. Definitely a nice upgrade overall!
