Landis Pointe

I was a previous tenet for a while, lived there for about 3ish years and had a very nice time while I was there. Was usually kept on the clean sides (there were moments where miscellaneous things were out of place.). Parking was usually my only main issue, if you have more than one vehicle than it might not be the best apartment complex. But, on the good note. Jean was amazing as a landlord, always forgiving when stuff went wrong. Repairs that were requested through the app or even in person usually got fixed within a reasonable amount of time. I can remember when one of the hoses popped out of our dishwasher and flooded our apartment, got a new clamp and some carpet and it was basically good as new. I Have been living here since November of 2024 Jean is so great and friendly enjoy talking with her The grounds are well kept and my view from my living room window is beautiful wooded area you can see the occasional deer, squirrels, and rabbits simply wonderful . The house/apartment is very nice the bedrooms are very spacious and the living area is very spacious as well and I love the fire place it’s just perfect Very peaceful and quiet .

Beautiful apartment and a great community. The manager, Jean, is the best manager I've ever had. Super nice and worked with me to get me into my apartment, came during my move in take care of last little things, and sends out regular updates and provides little treats and things for the residents. Maintenance comes same or next day for repairs and are very friendly. Hands down best place I've ever lived.

I have been living here a little under a year I absolutely love it. Jean is amazing and keeps on top of everything. The pool is wonderful during the summer to keep you cool. The gym is small and pieced together but convient and wonderful to have access to. It lacks play area for kids but there is several parks in the area with in driving distance. Apartments are cozy with wonderful fire places. The kitchen is great to cook and bake in with a large pantry. Very easy to feel/make homey Despite being near the hospital it's very quiet and conveniently located near schools, a few stores and take out.

My husband and I have been residents with Landis Pointe Apartments for almost 3 years and our overall experience with them has been awesome! The leasing office manager, Jean and the maintenance staff of the apartment are friendly, understanding and always helpful! They take great care in the up-keep of not only the building but it's people - always maintaining sincere and friendly relationships with everyone. There's a good reason why we’ve been living here for almost 3 years now!
