Summers Manor

I was looking for a pet friendly apartment with a park like setting. Summers Manor met my needs well. The four-plex buildings are quiet and positioned on the regularly maintained spacious grounds, allowing for greater privacy. The two car covered parking is a plus! The management team is professional and responds quickly to the tenants concerns and with follow up communication. When maintenance is needed for repairs, Dillon is knowledgeable and prompt in addressing the concerns. He is also very polite and personable which is always appreciated and well received. I have had a very positive experience at Summers Manor. The community is quiet and I have felt safe on the property, including coming in and out of the apartment at night. They are very responsive to inquiries and maintenance matters, and I've had issues responded to and resolved quickly. The apartment itself is well-equipped with good-quality fixtures and two assigned covered parking spots. I appreciate that they provide a nice common grill, picnic space as well as doggy bag stations for those with dogs. Also, management engages with the community with local event updates and giveaways. There's a bus stop nearby, the community is right on the Chehalis Western Trail, and it's right up the road from several stores, and only ten minutes from downtown Olympia.

I’ve lived at Summers Manors for over a year now. I feel safe, at peace, surrounded by nice people and it’s beautiful here with the lovely landscaping and care. Our manager and maintenance staff make great effort to ensure our needs are met. Mary (Manager) goes above and beyond to host community events to build a sense of community. Our last one—an evening pizza party out on the newly renovated gazebo was a hit! Well attended, great food and nice neighbors getting to know each other better. Thanks Summers Manor!

Management and maintenance are amazing. The grounds are always clean and absolutely stunning. Located near the Chehalis Trail, I’ve never lived anyplace where it was so quiet and the occupants are so friendly.

Summers manor is a wonderful home. Beautiful amenities, with everything you’ll need. The grounds are emasculate. The residents I have met so far have been so kind. The residents at summers manor are very respectful of the property. The area is very quiet as well. Mary, the office manager has a fun event every month. It can range from come into the office for a holiday treat to pizzas in the gazebo for everyone. Thanks Mary! I would highly recommend Summers Manor for your next new “home” !
