What truly sets it apart, though, is Shannon — our property manager. She’s fantastic: responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Her leadership creates a real sense of trust and community here. Highly recommend!

Rick’s friendly nature, attention to details and quick response to maintenance requests is superb. Recently, I didn’t notice that my outdoor light bulb was out but he is attentive and replaced it. Shannon is excellent in communicating, keeping us updated and informed and always a pleasure to work with. Shannon and her team take great care of this property and make living here comfortable and relaxing.

Management is excellent, apartments are well maintained, and neighbors are cheerful and quiet. In my first three months of renting here I have not encountered a problem.

I have had an incredibly positive experience tat Parkview. Shannon, the property manager, is so warm, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I could not have asked for a better experience being welcomed to my new home.

Great job on fixing the dish washer. Shannon and Mike are awesome. So helpful. Their smiles are contagious. They are always busy. I never see any downtime there so it’s always nice to say hi to them when I see them.
