Westvue Apartments - Woodinville

This management company is managing the building where I live. Parties on the rooftop are going on for 3 months and they didn't do anything to stop them. The last one ended with shooting, people are selling and taking drugs on these parties. Trash area looks terrible and I saw a homeless inside who was taking drugs by injecting something inside trash area. I assume that they have the same approach to managing all buildings.

We have lived at Westvue Apartments for 2 years. We were here when they put in a doggie park, it is perfect if you have animals! Also the clubhouse is amazing, it is new and you can rent it out for parties, full kitchen and tv room, exercising room & more! The apartments here are spacious and have new appliances! The rate is reasonable for one and two bedrooms. The neighbors I have found and talked to have been friendly. Amber is the Property manager here and she goes above and beyond to help us as tenants in our needs. She always answers her phone when she can (every time) and gives me solutions or help. Upon moving into the unit, it was marketed as “newly remodeled.” However, the condition of the premises did not align with typical expectations of that term. Key concerns included mold appearing to have been concealed with paint, structural gaps patched using surface-level filler, and misaligned installations—such as interior doors consistently swinging in the same direction—indicating underlying workmanship issues. We have been here a couple of months and are really happy, especially with the new management. Manager Amber has been fantastic, she is responsive, proactive, and truly cares about the tenants. It’s great to see someone who takes action quickly and keeps things running smoothly

(DO NOT RENT HERE) This is by far the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in and many others who were living here would say the same. The people who've not left a review about this place are just a little less vocal or opinionated as me and that's ok. I've spoken with them and this post/review will be coming from my perspective as well as theirs. Firstly, being treated as a less than equal tenant or looked at with disgust because myself, my wife, and 3 young children are on the Section 8 program is unprofessional, disrespectful, and undeserving. Section 8 does not pay the whole rent, just a portion. We still cover $800 of it every month along with a $763 car payment and another $182 car payment, plus utilities, household goods, food, gas, etc. You get the jist, it adds up to be a lot e
