I wouldn’t trust if the sellers inspection report used this inspection service. They didn’t catch major issue like a roof leak, missing flashing and mold in the attic. They also lied on the report saying that there were no leaking pipes when there were. As a potential buyer, I got an inspection done myself and found all these issues. The roof mold issue is a big one to go unnoticeable. So, either they had a deal with the sellers to purposely hide the issue which is illegal to do or they are just bad inspectors.
