Campbell Run Apartments

I initially had a positive impression of this community, but the experience turned frustrating after several maintenance-related issues. The new carpeting emitted a very strong chemical odor for about two weeks, causing headaches and irritation. Management initially dismissed the concern, saying there was “no odor at the time of tour,” though maintenance later acknowledged the issue and suggested an ozone treatment. Unfortunately, they decided not to proceed after determining the smell “wasn’t strong enough” to treat. Shortly after moving in, the microwave kept tripping the circuit breaker due to faulty wiring. An external vendor had to install a new line, cutting through the drywall in multiple places. The entire process took three days and left noticeable dust throughout the apartment.

This is strictly for the support we have gotten with issues with the apartment we have had. Maintenance has been exceptionally amazing in being quick, efficient, and getting the job done, specifically David. He has gone above and beyond with assisting in solving any issues we have had, big or small. They are quick to respond and get it done, which is something I have not experienced in other apartments. Needed to note this, for the folks living here as well as debating moving here.

Working with Lindsay at Campbell Run has been a joy! They are so professional and efficient it is very impressive. I look forward to getting moved in and meeting my neighbors!

Kudos to maintenance staff Mike & David, who responded quickly to repair a bathtub issue and allow us continue our day with virtually no delay. While few, my maintenance requests have always been handled quickly and efficiently. Thanks again!

Preston at Campbell Run Apartments was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and took the time to thoroughly show me all of the amenities. He answered my questions patiently and made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than rushed. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in the community. Preston made a great first impression, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and warmth.
