Don’t even deserve the one star😂 if you wanna deal with mold, and your ceiling leaking and caving in go ahead and live here! Maintenance is awful along with the property manager. You also won’t get your deposits back , instead they will charge you for things that weren’t even broken/ things that were already wrong when you moved in. They don’t keep up on the grass around the apartment, they don’t deal with the parking lot or side walks when it ices or snows but then complain when you get stuck in their parking lot. When it rains your door seal will expand making it hard to open and shut your door. People from Johnnys hide out will take every parking spot in the lot. You’ll have to deal with the neighbors aggressive dogs. There’s so much more I can add.

After stating my credit score would not be a problem, and assuring me she had seen much lower and approved them, the owner didn’t return my calls-texts, email, or voicemails. Even when she knew we had less than two weeks left to move. After viewing my Facebook profile, In which I do not hide my religious beliefs, she immediately emailed that I was denied for “low credit score” Religious persecution is alive and well within this company. I think it’s funny that she never asked if I believed in God, because I do! Also, knowing we now only have 9 days to find another place may have just left our family homeless. Despicable

Do not rent from these people. The apartments are junk. The management and maintenance team cannot be trusted. They will violate your privacy by going in your apartment without your knowledge nor permission.You have been warned.

Ave been living here a few months now and love it here The apartment is spacious and the staff friendly. They even host events for the residents regularly.
