Landlord refuses to fix anything and will straight up block your phone number and argue with you saying nothings wrong even after a company she sent out says there’s many problems the landlord just doesn’t want to fix it or spend any money to fix it the right way
They need to take care of the residents that live there first and foremost. Then work on other issues.
