Westside Village Apartments by Damato

I haven’t actually been a tenant of Westside Village Apartments by Demato but I have lived nearby for nearly a decade. I have had friends live in these apartments. The driveway and parking lot is in major need of repair. There are not enough parking spots. Rent is WAY too high for the area. Inside, the apartments I’ve seen have been beautiful. Self-contained personal basement, I believe they have dishwashers but I could be wrong. Each unit has a private back yard but, the units that back up against a neighboring business plaza have VERY small backyards.

The agent was awful! I looked at one apartment online, set up a showing, an was shown a completely different apartment... not even in the same complex! The agent was friendly but seemed like she couldn't be bothered with my questions or showing me around! Total lack of integrity when "showing" the apartment! Guess they get enough business to be bothered by new clientele... good riddance I say!
