Broadleaf Boulevard

I moved to Broadleaf almost 3 months ago and I love it, the neighbors are friendly, I love my apartment, I love the fact that my dog is welcome here, but of course no place is perfect, this ain't heaven yet lol, the noise from other neighbors transfers through the walls/floors but thank God for the invention of the fan, it's great for noise cancellation. I also love the community channel and all the activities they have, they do a great job with the social aspect. The most impressive thing has been the leasing manager Melissa, she made me feel so welcome, her spirit is so gentle and you can tell she does everything with kindness love and excellence, the first day I met her during the apartment tour she made me feel this would be home!

We have enjoyed living here for the past 6 months. The staff is always accessible, helpful, and provides excellent tenant service. We have had no issues requiring maintenance. Management organizes events and food trucks. The little things are very much appreciated. Though there isnt a means to have your own grill, they have grills available in common areas, which is nice to have. The floor plans are well designed and provide a good amount of space relative to the rent charged. The den provides just the right amount of space for a home office, which is a really nice feature of this apartment complex. The hardwood floors are nice and easy to clean. My partner and I recently moved after living at Broadleaf for 2 years. We really loved it there. The apartment was spacious and updated, and everything worked great. Any time there was a maintenance issue, the team was quick to respond and always friendly. The office staff was also great and went above and beyond to help with whatever we needed, including walking around the complex with me to find a misplaced package! There wasn't a lot of turnover with the office staff which was nice too, since it felt like the office ladies knew us personally whenever we walked in. We didn't use the clubhouse very much but we LOVED the pool in the summer. We cleaned thoroughly on move-out and received our entire security deposit back which was great. Highly recommend! Been living here since November and no major problems. Maintenance guys Ross and Willie are quick and efficient. Staff goes above and beyond for the residents offering holiday events and organizing food trucks. They are big on getting the community together and I’ve met a lot of my neighbors who I now call friends. Gym has two rooms and everything you need. Melissa in the office is friendly and easy to talk to. She’s always willing to assist with any needs you might have and does a fantastic job managing the property.

I lived at Broadleaf Boulevard Apartments for two years. Pros: Management was extremely friendly and attentive. Always available to fix a problem and always with a smile! (I miss you guys!) Great quality. The flooring and granite counter tops had a luxury feel. The layout (I lived in the Terra floor plan) was spacious and practical. Great lighting (fixtures and big windows!) Decent views (see photo.) Club house always had free treats, and gym/pool were usually pretty vacant. Great location, near 84, 291, mall, movie theater, Main street Manchester. Parking lot was well lit and safe. Cons: On third floor it took the hot water a long time to get to temp. As with all apartments sound carries through the walls.
