Dustin was on vacation while we were trying to close on our house. The underwriter/processor they used in his place, Colleen, was ill-informed, impatient, full of excuses, unavailable, and not transparent. We almost backed out of our closing because of lack of transparency provided and she made decisions without consulting us first. I would not work with this company again.
