Came and took care of my maintenance problem quickly. Very friendly and asked if I had any other problems with the apartment.

Great job and love it real team to work hard

I’ve lived here since December and never have I ever lived somewhere where no one wants to do there job services orders I put in back in December and again in April/may have yet to be completed. I had my fire alarms going off at 9 o’clock at night called the emergency line they put in a work order twice for the on-call maintenance,No one ever showed up. here it is the next morning and still no one.

I lived here for 3 years and never had any issues! This place is a great spot to live.

As a Military family we moved here from Maryland & selected these apartments due to the close proximity to the base. BAD MOVE. Day one we discovered an infestation of ROACHES. They made their home inside the facing of the dishwasher, in the cabinets, drawers and any roll of paper towels that were left on the counter. My wife & I informed the management of our concerns and they acted so "shocked, concerned and surprised",but "unfortunately" we couldn't receive pest control treatment for a week. That week turned into 3 weeks. Next be aware of the c.a.m fee which increases every month as well as an water bill that will increase every single month even if your apartment is unoccupied for 27 days. Problem 3 is something we read about on the reviews, but didn't think it was true or real thing..
