Westport Homes - Woods at Traders Point

It has been a great experience working with the Westport team. Steve, Paul, the lady at the desk and the support crew have done an outstanding job and have been very accommodating. I would recommend the neighborhood and purchasing a home from Westport.

Westport Homes at Traders Point has been a true pleasure to work with. Everyone from office personnel to contractors have been accommodating and extremely helpful during our build and after! I have bought two Westport Homes and would build with them again!

We’ve made several visits to the model home by Westport. We are always warmly welcomed as we have shown several family members why we chose to build with them. Both Steve and Paul are responsive and helpful, we are very happy to work with this team.

We built a house in this neighborhood and couldn't be happier with all of our interactions with Westport people. Everyone from the front line sales person, to the person in the design center, to the person who managed the construction crews was extremely good at their jobs and extremely pleasant to deal with.

Went into the model home to see if they had available floor plans. The extremely rude and snotty sales lady informed us they only had spec homes left. We told her we were only looking for now, not interested in buying just yet. She snatched a brochure out of our hands and told us we had to fill out an informational sheet. It was obvious we were wasting both of our time and couldn’t get out of there fast enough. She was haughty and rude and I wouldn’t have taken a piss in the street of that neighborhood, much less moved in there. What a nasty woman. She then had the nerve to ask if we wanted to tour the model home. It’s a shame, because this builder has a great reputation. You should consider who you hire and who represents your company.
