UPDATE: (3/6/26) Washer installed on 3/4. Confirmed it works and no issues on 3/5. This public exchange would have never transpired had the office team just communicated with residents by phone/email explaining reasons for delay. (3/2/26) ** I am calling your bluff. I have submitted an email to the address below. I will follow up here with updates on the process in real time to share how long it'll take to remedy this issue which has now been going on more than one month. ** (3/1/26) Having major difficulties contacting management about a washer that has been broken for more than a month. No one calls back, responds to maintenance tickets, etc. Are there other residents having issues as well? I'm looking to file with state authorities and looking for other claimants.

I’ve been living in this apartment community for about one and a half years now. While the maintenance response is quite slow, we chose to continue staying here because the community itself is good and friendly. Recently, we even extended our lease and moved to a new unit, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, after moving, we’ve been facing a serious noise issue from the top-floor neighbors. There is constant running and heavy movement throughout the day, and the disturbance continues even after midnight , as late as 2:00 AM. It has been extremely difficult to rest or sleep. I have complained to the leasing office three times, but nothing has changed so far. We have been suffering with this issue for over a month now, and it feels disappointing that such a basic concern is not

Do not rent from here and if you do, do not rent unit 1418. It is riddled with mold, mildew and poor ventilation. I lived in this unit for 3 weeks and had to go to the hospital. I had a respiratory infection snd requested the last date of service for HVAC. I was ignored. This unit had several leaks within the 3 weeks such that my renter's insurance reimbursed the maximum for damage of my items. I requested a transfer which couldn't be accommodated due to limited availability (understood) and sister properties were not suitable either. I still had to give 60 day notice and pay 2 months additional rent though the unit posed severe health hazards. Management has since changed (as of about 1 month ago) and former manager did not property handle my closeout and was extremely unprofessional. I h

I’ve lived here for about 3–4 months and the unit was not move-in ready when I received it. Management acknowledged there was a long list of repairs needed at move-in, but months later, most of those issues are still unresolved. Ongoing problems include: • Stove burners that shut off while cooking, and one burner has now started sparking • A non-functioning shower head in the main bathroom • Bathroom electrical issues so inconsistent that I sometimes have to physically hit the wall to get the light to turn on • A dryer that requires multiple cycles to dry clothes • Heavy cigarette smoke odor throughout the unit at move-in, and items stored in the closet still strongly smell of smoke despite me never smoking • Vents, light fixtures, ceiling fans, washer, and dryer that are heavily stained

Angelica has been absolutely amazing to work with. She has gone above and beyond my expectations I feel valued and taken care of and most importantly at home. When I arrived, the office was closed, but she still made a special trip to let me into my home after driving 14 hrs. If I have concerns, there is no hesitation on her part.
