Treybrooke at the Park

We toured this community and felt it was a great option for us. Ultimately, we decided to move elsewhere just to stay close to my current location only. However, we were very impressed with the attention and professionalism of Magaly the manager at the leasing office. Her level of detail and the care she took in answering all of our questions about the apartment and the contract were truly appreciated. So thanks to her and her team for your attention!

NOT A PRIORITY & THEY NEVER DENIED THAT MY EXPERIENCE WAS BECAUSE OF MY RACE. Submitted an application 3 weeks ago. 2-3 days later I received a call. The manager stated I needed to provide additional income because I was short $750 from being approved due to the rental requirement of making 3x the rent. No worries, I also paint Part Time. So, I provided documents per request. A few days passed without any communication from them. I contacted them. Then they sent a link to verify my income. Okay, so I clicked the link provided and attempt to log into my account several times. Which lead to me locked out of my account. I made them aware, so they decided to verify my income via my employers. Both employers provided documents. Again, no communication from them. I emailed and called to find ou

I truly love living at Treybrooke, mainly because of the wonderful people around me. The neighbors are kind, and our concierge, Magaly, is always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with any questions I have. She makes everything easier and creates a welcoming atmosphere. Living here feels like being part of a family everything is peaceful, pleasant, and well cared for. I’m genuinely happy to call this place my home.

We moved to Treybrooke and made really great friends. The patio is my favorite part of the apartment because of how big it is. Everyone here loves Magaly because of how helpful she is. Every time we need help we come to office and she helps. Fernando is a good guy too. We love it here and love our friends.
