⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had a great experience at Arium at Perimeter Park. The entire administration team is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. You can really feel the positive energy when you interact with them. Logan truly stands out—an absolute people person with a kind heart. He’s approachable, patient, and always goes the extra mile to help. Interactions with him never feel rushed; he actually listens and makes you feel valued. Overall, I’ve loved working with everyone running the administration here. They make the community feel organized, friendly, and comfortable. Highly recommend Arium at Perimeter Park if you’re looking for a place with great people and great service! I will miss you guys !! Thank you so much for the great services.

I had an excellent experience with maintenance tech Jose! He was extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable from start to finish. Jose took the time to explain everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done right. His positive attitude and attention to detail truly stood out. We’ve had a really great experience with the maintenance team since the transition to Arium. When we first moved in (back when everything was under Carrington), we reported a strange noise coming from our faucet and were told it would need to be replaced. After checking back once and being told it was on order, it unfortunately fell off our radar for a while. Recently, when we needed an electrical outlet checked, we mentioned the faucet issue again while maintenance was here. Within a week, the outlet was fixed, and the maintenance manager personally came by to install the new faucet. What turned out to be a much harder job than expected was handled with patience and care — even with a stuck bolt, he was able to remove the old faucet and get the new one installed properly. On top of that

I toured with Logan the property manager, and she was wonderful. The grounds were clean, amenities were clean (always a plus!!) The apartment style “dogwood” was very spacious and within my budget. Due to unforeseen circumstances I am not able to move right now, but Perimeter Park is def top two when the time is right.
