Crosstimbers Apartments

We lived at Cross Timbers Apartments in Morrisville for three years, and I can confidently say it has been one of the best living experiences we have had. From day one, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. The leasing office staff are extremely friendly, approachable, and responsive. Any questions,whether related to the lease, renewals, or general concerns,were always addressed promptly and clearly. They truly care about residents and make you feel comfortable. Maintenance service deserves special mention. Requests were handled very quickly, often resolved the same day or within 24 hours. I have been living in this apartment for a while, the apartment is located in center of the town, very spacious with Gym, park and tennis court and also very near to school, community park, Walmart and all the shops. Apartment staff are very professional supportive and helpful to answer any concerns. I am very happy with their maintenance service. Whenever I give a compliant, they respond quickly and fix the issues by the next day. The maintenance team is professional, helpful and always make sure the work is done properly. I really appreciate their timely support and good service. Highly recommend this apartment!.

The staff here is really friendly and the maintenance crew is amazing! Really, the maintenance staff is the best i've ever had at any apartment complex. The layout of the apartments are very spacious, the bedrooms are large and the patios are HUGE! The property is very nice and well maintained and there is always plenty of parking. The community is always very quiet, and is next to Morrisville park. The stairwells only service 4 apartments each, which helps keeps noise down.

This is my second time around at Crosstimbers. I am very pleased with the apartment layout, pricing, clean, location and communication with ALL staff!!! I keep returning for a very good reason. Thank you STAFF!! Keep up the great work!!!
