Westland @8th Street

So the inside of the apartment is fine. If something needs fixing it will be fixed. The rent is reasonable for the area. However if you get into the area, we’re talking about McArthur Park area, the amount of homelessness is staggering. There’s sirens around probably due to a lot of bad things going on so that does affect your living space since it’s something you see every day. I do have my own parking space but it’s a very big amount of $150 every month. But we are taking about downtown LA so it would seem reasonable. It’s easy to pay your rent online. The parking lot just got paved so it doesn’t look terrible. I think it’s a good spot to live in if you want to save money for some other place of if city noise and homelessness doesn’t bother you.

Recently moved here, it’s as great of a place you can get in this area. Affordable, modern app for laundry, maintenance is so quick and so kind! The old hotel architecture is one of the coolest parts.

Property management gets things done. They make sure that property is clean and violence free. I have no problem coming home and entering my home safely

Great community and love that we have the option of purchasing parking in an area were there is never any parking available

Rats and Roaches, the elevator keeps breaking, water gets turned off alot, loud neighbors, location is dangerous. I do see that management is trying to update and clean the place up but it needs alot of work.
