Westin Homes - The Trails 60'

As first time homebuyers, we were so excited. Westin sold us a dream, but what we moved into has been nothing short of a nightmare. Once you close, you’re on your own, and good luck getting anything actually fixed. Things didn’t even start getting addressed until we raised hell and made it clear we weren’t going to stay quiet. Even then, the “repairs” have been rushed, sloppy, or caused new problems. Here’s just some of what we’ve experienced: • Paint on my windows outside mentioned before closing - paint is still there :) adds character to the home I guess 💀 • Cracked cabinets, scratched windows, and foundation cracks - “cosmetic” “home owner maintenance” • Sloped floors, visible seams on trim, unfinished stair trim • Grout haze all over tile - Logan said it would be cleaned but never w

Find another community and builder!! You will not get back yard grass unless your home will be facing the trails, since it’s not required by developer they are not giving you back yard grass. You will not get your garage remote you have to get this wired yourself. I was told by Logan the property manager that my back yard would get cleaned before I move in it was not! I have trash and lots of brick pieces all over my yard! When we mentioned it to him before closing he stated he would get it taken care of and did NOT! I was told paint would get removed off my windows before closing during final walk through it was not! We recently moved in and our clothing rack has collapsed! They will not tell you about the mice that’s running rapid in this neighborhood either, found out by neighbors

Westin always have top of the line model homes...they are a future option. Great model home.
