Lennar at Tavola

Exceptional Service and quality to match! Yesterday I toured our new home in Tavola for the first time. The day before, my inspector sent me reports on the homes. Tristyn the Lennar Quality Assurance Manager asked to review the inspection reports before I got there. By the time I arrived, Tristyn and her team had already addressed all of the items on the report. I am very impressed with Lennar and their building team!

We absolutely love our new home built by Lennar — the design, layout, and overall quality are everything we hoped for. The building process was impressively fast, and we appreciate how quickly things moved from start to finish. However, the experience with the office staff after closing, particularly regarding our mailbox keys, has been frustrating. We were given the wrong mail keys, and when we reached out for help, we were told to go to the post office. The post office then informed us that Lennar is actually responsible for mailbox key issues, not them. Because of this back-and-forth, we ended up paying out-of-pocket to have the mailbox rekeyed — and it’s now been almost a month and we still don’t have access to our mail. Austin from the office wasn’t much help in resolving the issue,

You will get exactly what you paid for when you buy house with LENNAR. Go for it! Cheap material, cheap appliances, faulty A/C, poor customer services etc. I hope one day they deserve what they treated their customers
