I am writing a review regarding an ethical issue related to realtor employed by this brokerage - Lisa Dias. I am a single mother with 9-year old autistic daughter for whom I use a tutor to assist with her schooling. In an attempt to pay her tutor on 2 transactions, I accidentally sent money to Lisa Dias. When I noticed the error on 09/03/23, I promptly called Lisa to explain the situation and what the money was intended for. She informed me that she saw the transactions and had her bank reverse the transactions. I profusely thanked her and ended the call. I followed up with my bank, who shared that they only had a record of her accepting the money and no record of the money being sent back. I quickly called her back to inform her of what they told me, only to discover that she had blocked

When I was moving to Texas from New York I contacted Margie at avaa realty because someone referred them to me to help me find a safe place to rent for my husband, son and I since we did not know the area at all. They found us a wonderful complex. A year later we were looking to rent a house and Kris did a fantastic job finding us a place that we now call home. When/ If we buy a house here we will definitely be using them again! Wonderful company and people!

In the process of looking for a realtor to sell my property. Always be wary of those who won't at least come look at the property. Oh, I will just look online. Not a good response IMO. Lazy and half effort. This is the response I got after a 2 week delay in their replying to my contacting them thru the website contact page.. Would not recommend unless one wants or likes half way measures and efforts........

Poor communication on behalf of Walter! If you client does not want to lease a property then you should let your customer know instead of leaving them hanging.
