We have been living in this apartment for more than two years! I really like living here! Cozy and clean apartment! Office managers are sensitive to our questions, comments, always do everything to keep order!!!

Dylan has been a fantastic maintenance technician and I am beyond pleased with his approach, mannerisms, and knowledge of the buildings. He has never failed to impress me when an issue has arose and made a noticeable effort to solve any problem (dead light bulbs, smoke detector replacement, and dryer repair) without a second glance. He is very kind, thoughtful, and thorough.

Dylan was professional from start to finish. He accessed the situation, he got the correct parts to complete the job of repairs for the refrigerator fan in minimal time. Thank you for your timely service kindness and, respect shown in my home.

I really love living here. I've never had any problems with theft, maintenance, service, or even unfortunate neighbors. The atmosphere is very relaxing and quiet, excepting of course the summer months when the kids are out of school and running around having fun. Bonnie, the property manager, is amazing and incredibly helpful. I always feel that any problem that I have is addressed quickly and respectfully. I used to work nights and coming home at 2-3 AM I never felt unsafe walking to my apartment from my car. The apartments themselves are well maintained and very nice inside. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the inside features. The flooring and carpet were nice and shiny new when I moved in. The appliances as well were new, as well as the paint. November will be 6 years since I moved in here. When I first moved in here a three bedroom two bath apartment was $1,550 a month. Every year the rent goes up and up and up. This last time it went up $200 all in one time. They gave us 120 day vacate on September 1st 2023. After being there for 6 years and never once missing rent. Their excuse is they want to remodel the apartment and raise the rent to $2350. I was fortunate to be able to get myself into senior housing. My daughter, her boyfriend and her son wanted to move into another apartment there but the manager refuses after one assistant manager said they would put them on the waiting list.
