MOLD IN EVERY UNIT. They paint over it and in a few other units they do nothing at all. It’s in the carpets, the walls. Mold spores can also be in your furniture and clothes and air vents. The black lady in the office and a HUD inspector both know about it and have done nothing, knowing it can cause health problems for the tenants. I’d advise everyone living there to get a lawyer and file Health code complaints. All the units need to be severely gutted and remodeled.

The manage Nicole is very rude. When you call to inquire some information she was really rude also hung up in my face!

Nasty place. I know ppl who live there and it's dirty with trash all over. It's low income housing but whom ever has it really needs to fix what need fixed and hire qualified ppl and do better back ground checks.

I love this place cuz the manager it be quiet out there and there are police out there so no one can get hurt bye Miss Courtney😀😀😀😀
