NOW 193- Downtown Dothan Luxury Lofts

We are writing to share how much we enjoy living at NOW 193 Luxury Lofts. It is truly the perfect location in Downtown Dothan, situated just a short walk from everything we need, including coffee shops, restaurants, live music, Porter Park, and the Opera House. The best part of living here is definitely the people. We especially want to highlight Joel, Kenny, and Debbie for their exceptional management. They provide a personal touch that makes us feel like family. After recently becoming empty-nesters and selling our home, this community has made our transition wonderful. NOW 193 is such a great find that we almost want to keep it a secret. Thank you for everything you do.

Great experience at Now 193! Wife and I stayed here for 5 months for my wife’s travel nursing assignment in Dothan. We opted for short term furnished unit and it was equipped with everything we needed and more! Very safe feel with 2 locked doors requiring entry to our unit. Joel, the landlord, was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. Very nice green space for us to walk our two dogs. Would definitely stay here again if we ever found ourselves in the area again!

Good evening, I’m just going to get straight to the point of my frustrations with this management as well as the property. 1. Management claims to have veterans (disabled or not) backs when in reality, God forbid, you run into financial trouble or anything that can easily be communicated with the management- the management takes it too far after SAYING they (Joel/Debbie) would not. Just in case you don’t understand what I’m saying, they do not follow through with their word. Not genuinely at least and a Vet owned business at that. 2. Joel would claim he “helps” the situation, but then will hold this same “help” against you. 3. Addition to the point I just made above, be aware of false accusations by the management. 4. No amenities, windows do not open (consider safety), & the smoke area

I couldn’t be happier with my experience living at Now193! From the moment I reached out and toured the property, Joel went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and answer all my questions. The leasing process was seamless, and they were incredibly responsive throughout. The apartment itself is modern, and well-maintained. I especially enjoy the large windows, updated appliances, and in unit laundry. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the management and maintenance team. Joel and Kenny genuinely care about the residents and are always quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfortable living with outstanding service, I highly recommend Now193. It has been an absolute pleasure calling this place home!

NOW 193 is the perfect taste of urban living in a medium sized town. The preservation of the historic elements of the building paired with modern amenities and stylish finishes have made it the ideal space for my partner and I. Downtown Dothan is continuing to grow immensely. With that being said, NOW 193, Joel (The Owner) and the residents (myself and my husband included) will be there to welcome future residents should they have a chance to call NOW 193 home. When we first scheduled our viewing of NOW193 we had hoped to find a spacious and fashionable space that would include a great community to become a part of. We believe we made the perfect choice with NOW 193!
