Sweetwater Apartments

Lived here for four years and loved it. Had to move to a different state but would have stayed if I hadn't moved

The apartments are well kept and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. When I was going through the process of moving in the manager Krista was so sweet and patient, she made everything quick and easy and amanda is always kind and ready to help. The maintenance manager Dennis is always on top of things, making sure everything is taken care of and is always willing to lend a helping hand. I really enjoy living here

I was at Marathon getting gas and this person started a conversation with me, stating that they were looking for a nice apartment. I found that to be very ironic that I would be talking to someone about that subject. So I said to them,” live in SWEETWATER Apartments. The person immediately said, oh I’ve heard about Sweetwater, the management is great, community has friendly people, and it would be a nice place to live. So I responded, “ everything you are saying is absolutely correct!!! People want to glorify owing a home, but dang not having the anxiety and financial burden of dealing with that is worth so much more to me. And, yes management at Sweetwater is over the top. Anything that I need is always taken care of!! I could have gone on and on about Sweetwater, but I know God position

I lived at Sweetwater for 2 years. Krista made my stay worthwhile by always connecting with me and making sure my stay was superb. I enjoyed walking my dogs around the ponds and watching the turtles and ducks hatching in the spring. I always felt safe at Sweetwater and had great neighbors. Everyone is truly friendly.

Highly recommend to ACOM students!!! My wife and I lived at Sweetwater for 3 years, only reason for moving was for hospital rotations in a different city, otherwise we would have loved to stay longer. Sweetwater has set the bar very high for us for apartment living. The groundskeeping and landscaping is excellent with countless flowering trees, multiple ponds with a lot of turtles, fish, ducks and geese and green well cared for lawns. The apartments are clean and well maintained with good appliances, a nice large tub and AC. The screened in porch is spacious and a very nice feature. The managers Marea and Krista are incredibly helpful and made us feel genuinely cared for and valued as residents. Dennis and the maintenance staff are very fast to respond to work orders and are very friendly
