I agree with Ben Ganja from 2018. The manager has been rude and disobedient on many occasions. It’s hard to keep him accountable and he feels bullied and makes excuses when you tell him exactly what you want. If you’re a smaller building and can shop around , then do so.

The absolutely worse run management company . No responsiveness to issues , totally rude and disregarding to tenants . Properties are not maintained or adequately treated for rodents or pests . Patch work jobs to fix any arising issues. If you can STAY FAR AWAY

I'm a local Realtor. Westfair has always been responsive when I list a property they manage. My client/owners agree they are good to work with.

The property manager Anthony did not approve to work on one of there buildings because has has a construction company on the side that he gets a cut from. Not professional and hung up the phone Ben Gjana
