Western Villa Apts

I relocated to NC Summer 2018. Western Villa has been absolutely responsive to my requests and/or concerns. Although Kathy handled my move-in seemingly painlessly, she seemed to be a little more concerned with my personal life than my actual lease agreement. That relationship didn't last long as she is no longer with Bella Management. Maintenance both then and now, have been PHENOMENAL! Ebony, who manages several properties following Kathy's separation, has called and responded to all of my concerns. She has been super compassionate and very transparent in the management turnover process. This location is easily accessible to I-40, local restaurants, local schools, and even Downtown Winston-Salem. I truly enjoy raising my small children here in this quiet and perfect space for my family. T

New management messed everything up! They raised the rent over $400 in a 2 year period. Ebonie took me to court to lie to the judge and say she gave me a $500 money order back but cashed it later.

When Doug Mason owned this place, this was the place to be. When Bella management took over, it was all down hill. They increased my rent by over $100 the first year, which was fine. Then when they increased it over $100 again, I was not having it. The apartments (made in the 1970s) were not worth $800 a month. I had carpet in my bathroom. The cabinets were old. My countertops were yellow...... not sure when that was in style. I had paint falling off my ceiling. It was popcorn and when they came to fix it, they put flat paint that also chipped. The management puts notes in your door daily which I did not like because if you were gone for a few days, the whole world knew due to having 5 notes on your door. If I could give the management here a -10 I would, but unfortunately that's not an option. Bella Management who is over western villa lacks soooooo much in customer service!!! Having Ebonie call you back is not going to happen. I cannot believe they allow her to be manager of several apartment complexes. She just ripping people off left and right with their deposits. She makes up these crazy excuses as to why she ddoesn't refund you your full amount. It's so sad how fast western villa has declined over the past two years since it was owned by the Mason's, they were great!!! The owner of the apartment complex now raises the rent but does no renovations. Loyal tenants are moving out due to this. So no I wouldn't recommend anyone to even think about moving into any apartment complex that Ebon

I love Ebonie!!! One of the best apartment managers I have had in years. She is very professional and answers me in a timely manner.
